Monday to Thursday was my yearly reservist in-camp at the School of Military Intelligence, Pasir Laba Camp.
Day 1: Caught by the overzealous Pasir Laba Camp RSM for longish hair; had to go camp barber for haircut before he would let me in. Quite a few NS-men were subject to the same treatment too. What a bummer >:-( I hate RSMs.
Day 2-3: Long hours spent in the lecture theatre.
Day 4: Exam which we have to pass.
Of mention: The lunch on Day 4 consisted of rice, a bun, a piece of fried fish, a piece of chicken with black pepper gravy, AND WEDGES. Of course, I asked the lunch-lady for more wedges, which she obliged.
December 9-12 is a major Jaeger LeCoultre event - (The Manufacture Comes To You), to be held at Ngee Ann City Civic Plaza. It's gonna be a huge JLC exhibition.
I am lucky enough to be invited for the special reception and exhibition preview for VVIPs, media, and invited guests on December 8. Will put up photos if I can.
